Process of Coverage
Submit Application
- Option 1 pricing takes less than 1 hour

- Option 2 pricing takes up to 48 hours once the application is in hand
Pricing :
Option 1 takes a very short time to obtain pricing once the application is received.
Option 2 takes up to 2 business days to obtain pricing.
Bind Coverage:
Option 1– Credit card payment options are available on page one of the application. When sending application for pricing the credit card information does not need to be filled out. At time of binding, please refax the first page with the payment method or define the mortgage company to be billed.
Option 2– Certified Check or money order needs to be faxed to our office and mailed. The application and terrorism form need only to be faxed to our office signed.
Policy Issued:
Option 1– Policy will be issued and we will provide the proof of insurance for a closing or for the underlying mortgage company. The insurance company will mail the policy information to you.
Option 2– Policy will be issued and we will provide the proof of insurance for a closing or for the underlying mortgage company. The insurance company will e-mail the policy to our office where we will forward that policy to your e-mail address.
Renewals:
Option 1- Renewals will be mailed directly to the mailing address and our office will be contacting you too.
Option 2- Renewals are up to the customer and the customer is responsible to initiate renewals. Our agency will work hard at reminding you and the insurance company may or may not issue a renewal reminder… Plan in advance for initiating renewal efforts on your own.
